On 15 December 2020, the Official Journal of the European Union published Regulation (EU) 2020/2081 adding a new entry 75 in Annex XVII of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 for restriction on some substances in tattoo inks or permanent make-up.
This restriction will be applicable from 4 January 2022 and more restriction requirement as following table:
