On March 2, 2021, TISI has officially announced the new safety standard for audio, video and similar electronic apparatus which is TIS 1195-2561. The details are as follows:
1. Subject: safety requirements for audio, video and similar electronic apparatus.
2. Previous Standard: TIS 1195-2536, which specifies safety requirements for electronic apparatus and related devices connected to the supply mains.

5. Effective date : 180 days upon announcement date (August 29, 2021).
